Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase you agree to everything below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing spirithosting.xyz, purchasing any service, or clicking "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Spirit Hosting services. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to purchase.
Services
Spirit Hosting provides game server hosting on shared infrastructure. Services include access to a Pterodactyl-based control panel, allocated server resources (RAM, CPU, disk), and email support.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim to maintain 99.9% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Resources are shared across our node. While we do not oversell, performance may vary during periods of high demand across the infrastructure.
Accounts & Access
When you purchase a plan, a Pterodactyl panel account is automatically created using the email address you provided at checkout. Your login credentials are sent to that email.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Spirit Hosting is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
You may not share, resell, or transfer your server or account to another party without prior written consent from Spirit Hosting.
Payment & Billing
All plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Spirit Hosting to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.
If a payment fails, your server will be suspended within 24 hours. Your server and all data will be permanently deleted after 7 days of non-payment. We will send email reminders before deletion.
Prices are listed in USD. Spirit Hosting reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Your price will not change without notice.
Refund Policy
✓ 2-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
✗ No refunds after 48 hours. After the 48-hour window has passed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@spirithosting.xyz within 48 hours of purchase with your order email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for:
- Requests made more than 48 hours after the initial purchase date
- Accounts terminated for violations of these Terms of Service
- Customers who have previously received a refund from Spirit Hosting
- Free trial periods — trials are free and non-refundable by nature
- Partial months — we do not prorate cancellations
- Dissatisfaction due to game-specific issues outside our control (e.g. game bugs, mod conflicts)
Spirit Hosting reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated purchase-and-refund patterns across multiple accounts or payment methods.
Free Trial
Spirit Hosting offers a 3-day free trial on eligible plans. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged the full monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
✗ One free trial per person, ever. Free trials are limited to one per customer, identified by email address, payment method, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent account termination with no refund.
Spirit Hosting reserves the right to revoke free trial access at any time if abuse is detected, including use of virtual/prepaid cards, VPNs, or disposable email addresses to circumvent the one-trial-per-customer policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Spirit Hosting services for any of the following:
- DDoS attacks — launching, facilitating, or coordinating denial-of-service attacks against any target
- Illegal content — hosting, distributing, or transmitting any content that violates applicable law
- Spam — using your server to send unsolicited emails, messages, or other spam
- Cryptocurrency mining — using server resources for any form of crypto mining or blockchain computation
- Pirated software — hosting cracked games, pirated software, or unauthorized game clients
- Malware — hosting, distributing, or executing any malicious code, viruses, or exploits
- Reselling — reselling or subletting your server resources to third parties
- Resource abuse — intentionally consuming excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth beyond your plan allocation in a way that impacts other customers
Violation of acceptable use policy will result in immediate termination without refund.
Termination
You may cancel your service at any time through your billing portal or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your server will be deleted. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Spirit Hosting may terminate your service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination for any reason, all server data is permanently deleted within 24 hours. Spirit Hosting is not responsible for data loss upon termination.
Limitation of Liability
Spirit Hosting provides services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Spirit Hosting services is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
Spirit Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at spirithosting.xyz/tos and existing customers will be notified by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
